Amid her “rock bottom” moment, she gracefully and confidently managed to rebuild financially, mentally, and emotionally and realized she also had a burning desire to grow more spiritually. Her experience fueled her to launch her holistic life consulting venture as an avenue to help others overcome the multitude of challenges life brings.

My initial request when reaching out to her was that I needed an extra push for someone to hold me accountable when it came to losing weight. On the first day we met, a plan was formulated, and she held me accountable regarding the goals we set.
Every week I weighed myself and sent her a picture of my progress. I also advised her of what I ate and how much water I drank. While this is still a journey for me, her encouragement has helped me stay on course by losing 1-2lbs each week.
